As well as the physical training, please don’t under-estimate mental preparation. In any challenge such as this, sometimes the mental side of things are more important than the physical. There are low points in any multi-day endurance event. Make sure you know how to deal with them. Again, I have a lot of experience in this area, and I will endeavour to give you as much support as possible, should you require it, in the lead up to the race, and, of course, during it.
